COVID-19 Regulations

For guests who are not fully vaccinated:
Based on current regulations, Pre-Event Test (PET) is required before entry to wedding receptions. PET is only valid for 24 hours.
As our event is scheduled to end at 3pm, you must undergo PET only after 3pm on Friday, 10 Sep. You will be required to present your valid negative COVID-19 test result, along with your NRIC upon entry to the restaurant.

For guests who are fully vaccinated:
You will need to bring your internet-enabled mobile device with the updated TraceTogether app installed on the day of the event.

Who is exempted from PET?
An attendee/patron is exempted from PET if he or she:

(a) Has been fully vaccinated, i.e. two weeks after he or she has received the full regimen of the Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty or Moderna vaccines currently administered under the National Vaccination Programme, or after completing the full regimen of vaccines on the World Health Organisation’s Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) including their respective duration post-vaccination for the vaccine to be fully effective; or

(b) Has recovered from COVID-19 and can provide a valid Pre-Event Test (PET) exemption notice for the duration of the event, business or activity from an MOH-approved COVID-19 test provider; or

(c) Is a child aged 12 years and below, who is not eligible for vaccines currently under the National Vaccination Programme (subject to an overall attendance cap of 20% of attendees).

Individuals who are vaccinated with WHO-EUL vaccines will be considered as fully vaccinated and therefore eligible for vaccination-differentiated SMMs only if their vaccination records have been captured in MOH’s national IT systems.

Where can I undergo ART testing?

Guests who are not fully vaccinated can get the Antigen Rapid Testing (ART) at an MOH-approved COVID-19 test provider. The full list is here: https://www.moh.gov.sg/docs/librariesprovider5/covid19_test_providers/approved-covid-19-onsite-art-swab-provider.pdf
